Qualification Pack
National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualifications Pack (QP)
In the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), National Occupational Standards (NOS) define the skills, knowledge, and performance criteria needed to perform a specific job role. They provide a benchmark for industry requirements.
A Qualifications Pack (QP) is a set of NOS grouped together to outline the competencies required for a particular job. These QPs serve as a framework for training programs, assessments, and certifications, ensuring the workforce is aligned with industry needs and global standards in tourism and hospitality.
